General Rules

All 2010 USAC rules are in effect. A valid and current USAC license must be presented at registration. Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times/mileage, cancel/combine events and modify prize lists as necessary. Events will be held rain or shine. Helmets must be worn on the bike at all times. All numbers supplied by the promoter must be used. No folding or cutting of numbers is allowed. See example at registration for specific placement. Junior riders must use gearing as per USAC regulations. The yellow line rule will be strictly enforced. There is a feed zone and corner marshals on the course. Ultimately, it is the riders' responsibility to know the course! Wheel vehicles will be provided (wheels in, wheels out), and wheels can be picked up at the finish area after the race.

Eligibility for Illinois Championship A valid annual USAC license, Illinois resident and US citizen or permanent resident.  State championship jerseys are awarded to the first Illinois rider meeting the state championship eligibility requirements where the champion has beaten at least one other rider.
